Terms & Conditions

  • Payment must be made in FULL before each session at sports club
  • Your child's placement is only secured at club when payment has been completed in FULL
  • Child absence at sports club due to sickness or injury MUST be reported prior to session beginning. ALL unused sessions due to the above, can be transferred to any future date. If for the unfortunate circumstance that your child is unable to attend any future sessions, a doctors note will be required to then begin full refund process
  • ALL lunch payments will be refunded for any unused days, regardless of whether or not you notify us
  • NO refunds will be completed without proof of cancellation prior to club starting. Cancellation notices can be made via Email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, Phone call, Voicemail or via WhatsApp messenger
  • Sports club are not responsible for miscommunication between parents, family members or friends
  • ALL unused sports club sessions are transferrable if not used
  • Sports club sessions are transferrable ONLY to direct family members as a consequence of a child being unable to use their paid for session
  • Sports club is NOT responsible for the loss of any clothing items or valuables a child may lose at club
